Most platforms such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. do not support native video embed options. Using Vmaker is one of the easiest ways to record or send one of your recordings to your audience via email. Install Vmaker chrome extension and learn step by step process here.

It’s pretty simple. To get started, just install Vmaker and go to your Gmail account, there in the email composer you will see the Vmaker button, click on the button and record a new video or insert an existing video, and once that is done, you can insert the video and mail it across to your recipient.

There are two ways to do it. First, if you want to add a video that you already have in your system, click on the attachments button in your email composer, select the video, and add it to your email. Second, if you want to add a recorded video from Vmaker, click on the Vmaker button on your email composer and select the “insert last recording” option and add your video. You can also instantly record a video using Vmaker and add it to your mail.

After signing up for Vmaker, go to your account dashboard, go to the Account Settings, click on the Integrations tab, and there enable Gmail. And once Gmail is enabled you will find the Vmaker button at the bottom of your email composer, from where you can record, edit, and email a video.

The maximum size of video that you can upload and send through an email is 30 MB. But with Vmaker you don’t have to worry about that since all your recorded videos will be saved to your private cloud account, you can share your large videos just by sharing the link.
